Per Donna at L&M: "The viewing for Fran will be February 1, 2025. I will send the time when we have that all set up. After Fran’s viewing she will be cremated, so there will be no grave site service. Following the viewing there will be a get together at Mia Fratellos upstairs. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the local SPCA. Fran has requested at the viewing to have the 50’s and 60’s music played; no religious service will be done at her request."

Effective Monday, May 13, 2024, everyone will need to have their FOB to access the Tennis Courts.

The website link for the insurance certificate request has been updated on the website on the Misc Documents page. To obtain the requested certificate please visit our website at http://go.nfp.com/ocean-pines, locate the Ocean Pines location if not already populated, under Resources click on the appropriate certificate type, complete the requested information including condominium building name and street address, and click submit. The certificate will be sent within 24-48 business hours assuming all information has been provided and accurate.

Effective Monday, June 12. 2023, the Board of Directors will be installing new locks on both tennis courts.
