Amenities Committee
Chair: Carla Bray
Community Members: Bev Tellis & Annette Schmidt
The committee’s mission is to ensure the community has safe and desirable amenities for our owners and guests. It is also important to maintain our operations and invest in new amenities based on our community interests.
 
Budget & Finance Committee
Treasurer & Chair: Dan Nelson 
Community Members: Greg Turek, Bob Cullen & Jeff Reba
The committee’s mission is to develop, maintain and plan ahead for the financial responsibilities for our community. This includes working with Legum & Norman Management Co and all entities involved in our annual budget (banks, contractors, insurance carriers, investment of reserve funds, etc.) In addition, this committee works closely with the head of our grounds crew.
 
By-Laws and Covenant Revision Committee
Chair: Chris Reutershan
Community Members: Dan Nelson & Phyllis Cullen
The committee’s mission is to review existing covenants and by-laws and suggest changes that meet today’s state and local laws and the needs of the community.
 
Communication Committee
Co-Chairs: Dana Hall & Bob Marlow
Community Members: Jason McCanney, Nathan Briggs, Shirley Wiley, Simone Reba, & Jackie Henry...
The committee’s mission is to develop and maintain avenues to communicate effectively with owners, renters and short term guests at Mallard Lakes. Avenues to communicate include the website, newsletter, email, text messaging, bulletin boards, in-person meetings and utilizing the unofficial Facebook page to post information when needed.
 
Insurance Claims Review Committee
Chair: Dan Nelson
Community Members: Greg Turek, Chris Becker, Bob Marlowe, Stacey Selby (ML Grounds Supervisor), Trish Walsh (NFP Insurance Rep).
The committee’s mission is to establish guidelines for all owner insurance claims with the Mallard Lakes policy.
 
Rules, Regulations & Fines Committee
Chair: Joyce Valdvia
Community Members:
The committee’s mission is to review and revise all guidelines, regulations, rules and fines pertaining to keeping our community safe and encouraging owners, renters and short term guests to be respectful to everyone.
 
Security Committee - Chris Becker: Chair
Community Members: 
The committee’s mission is to work with Legume & Norman Management Co. along with State and Local Police Departments to keep our community safe.

Social Committee
Chair: Carla Bray
Community Members: All owners are welcome to help at the various scheduled events.
The committee’s mission is to plan year round activities for our community. Having fun is what our community is all about and the social committee makes things happen! From annual owners party, Pool Olympics, cornhole tournaments, adult socials, annual food drive, holiday celebrations, DJ’s and bands, and many more activities, this committee is hard at work planning the next event.
